Cleaning up

Today is the day of getting things organised for tomorrow (and the new year, I suppose). So I have:
- been out to a client’s to set them straight about a few things.
- Fixed the reticulation in the front lawn, because I had finally figured out why the lawn that gets watered every two days (automatic) is dying.
- Gone to the bank (to put money IN).
- Went shopping! Success! I bought everything from the list I had, and a few other things that I actually NEEDED! I CAN DO IT! Well, as long as I don’t have to plan too far ahead.
- Typed up some more pages (like this one).
- Helped check Atoning’s new phone works. (If you want to test it for yourself call +61 (08) 0055 …. hehehe Jokin’.
So far that’s what I have done. I plan to return some videos OH HANG ON!
I got the Preaching to the Perverted CD sound track. It’s really cool. AND it comes (sigh) in a little bondage suit. The cd case is a “CD Bondage mask” it’s so froody (Now, I wonder how many people DON’T know what that word means). The music is good too. I’m happy with that purchase! Happy Christmas Me.
Yes, so I want to return some videos, have a chat to Turtle Girl about her silly antics at dinner last time (you know, when I got to meet The Unknown Soldier), put some petrol in the car, put some oil in the car (this one is most important) and generally tie up any loose ends. Or any volunteers that need tying <grin>.
Oh, it’s too hot today. Think I might just go swimming with Marlene. She reckons she’s a bit of a life saver and can keep me afloat me for hours, just by lying there. <snicker>.
And I vacuumed the house, after ringing my lease estate agent and asking them ever so nicely to think about the contract that they entered into with me, mainly reguarding the reduction of the rent in any week that the house is open for buyers. I figure $12/hr open is fair dont you? Until it reaches $0 then it’s free I guess. Or even 1/7th per day opened. This is going to be interesting to see what they come up with, because either way, the agent in charge of selling the house is NOT with the same bunch as the lease ones <grin>. A minor win for the renters among us!
And I’ve been going slightly crazy with the glyphs I created. I’m so impressed with the black and white one I am using it for a background on my desktop. ‘Tis scarey Scarey SCAREY!
